Transitioning from community service or public-sector work into private practice is a major challenge for newly qualified audiologists in South Africa.
Many struggle to secure jobs due to limited private practice exposure, insufficient hands-on skills, and a lack of business knowledge. At the same time, practice owners carry the burden of training inexperienced clinicians, costing valuable time and slowing growth.

The Private Practice FutureFit Audiology Short Course is a 5-day practical and theoretical program designed to bridge this gap. It equips unemployed or inexperienced clinicians with essential skills, boosting their confidence and employability while giving practice owners access to more practice-ready professionals.
